Personal Information

If you purchase from us our distributors will typically ask for your e-mail address, your name, company name, address, and credit card billing information. They will then forward some of this information to us for identification purposes.

Credit card information (or details of any other form of payment) are NOT communicated to us. We don't store such information, nor have we any use for it as we only operate through resellers.

We will use your name and other personal information to identify you as a registered user in order to give you the full benefits of registration including upgrade eligibility.

We may use your e-mail address to send you product-related information or registration reminders. Any other type of notice, including special offers, news, software releases and updates will be provided only with your explicit consent. All messages sent by us will contain instructions on removal from future mailings. And you can always contact webmaster@lw-tech.com to ask to have your address removed from the mailing list.


Non-Personal Information

Web Site Visits: When you visit our web site, the server logs your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, and the time and duration of the pages on our web site that you view. This information is used to generate statistical data that we use to measure interest in our web pages, but is not connected to any other personally identifiable data that we collect.

User Surveys: If you opt to participate in any of our surveys, you will be asked for demographic information (for example gender or age) and information regarding your experience with our software or web site. Your answers will not be associated with any personally identifiable information. The results are only used to generate statistical data which may help us improve our software or web site.


Sharing Information

Your information will not be shared, sold or otherwise disclosed except under circumstances required by law, to protect the rights and safety of others. This includes providing information to law enforcement agencies or fraud investigations.
